Kadai Kanni Mix

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Viruthai Kadai Kanni mix – 1 cup
Onion – chopped in small as required
Green chilli –2 in no.chopped in small
Coriander – 3 spoons
Drumstick leaves – handful
Oil – 3 spoons
Water-2 and ½ cup

Steps:

  1. Heat a pan and pour 3 spoon of oil and fry onion till it turns brown
  2. Add green chilli,drumstick leaves and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the above mixture to kadai kanni dosa mix along with water.
  4. Add coriander and mix well
  5. Spread this mix in a dosa pan and close with a lid
  6. Allow it to cook on both sides
  7. Serve hot with spicy chutney
