Kollu Dosai Mavu

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Viruthai Kollu Dosai -1 cup

Water – 1 and ½ cup

Jaggery  - as per taste

Steps:

  1. Take 1 cup of viruthai kollu dosai mavu in a pan and mix it with water.
  2. Once it comes to boil add jaggery as per taste and stir continuously for  3 – 5 mnts
  3. Switch of the flame. Serve hot
