Cumbu Dosai

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

 Viruthai Cumbu Dosai -1 cup (can make 4 dosa)

Water – as needed

Steps:

  1. Mix the cumbu dosa mavu and water to a dosa consistency
  2. Pour a tablespoon of mix in a dosa pan and allow it to cook on both sides
  3. Serve hot
