Adai Dosa

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

 Viruthai Adai Dosa Mavu – 1 cup

Mustad,orid dhal – ½  spoon

Onion – chopped in small

Drumstick leaves – 3 spoons

Coconut – chopped finely (optional)

Steps:

  1. Heat a pan and pour 2 spoon of oil
  2. Put mustard seeds, let it sprinkle.Add orid dhall and onion till it turns brown
  3. Can add drumstick leaves and fry for 2 minute.
  4. Transfer the above fried ingredients to the Viruthai adai dosa mavu in a bowl
  5. Pour it a dosa pan and close with a lid. Allow it to cook on both sides
  6. Serve hot
