Green Gram Dosai

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Viruthai Green Gram Dosa mix -1 cup(4 dosa)

Onion – chopped in small

Pepper Powder – ½ Spoon or chilli – 2 in no. chopped small

Ginger – ¼ spoon chopped in small

Curry leaves, coriander – each 2 spoons

Water – as needed

Steps:

  1. Mix all ingredients together and soak for minimum 1 hour
  2. Take 1 tablespoon of above mix and pour it in as like dosa in dosa pan.
  3. Close it with a lid.Allow it to cook till it turns little dark green on both sides
  4. Serve hot with sambar and spicy chutney
