Sorgham ambali

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Viruthai Sorgham flour – 1cup

Salt to taste

Water as needed

Steps:

  1. Mix the Sorghum flour and water without any lumps
  2. Heat the Pan and and boil 100ml of water.
  3. Add the mixture into the boiled water and stir it till 2 – 3 boils
  4. Add salt and serve hot
