Ragi Dosai

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Ragi flour – 1 cup

Dosa batter – 1 cup

Oil- 3 spoons

Steps

  1. Mix the Sorghum flour and Dosa batter in a bowl
  2. Pour the mixture as Dosa in preheated dosa pan
  3. Spread oil around the dosa
  4. Allow it to cook on both sides
  5. Serve hot with chutney and sambar
