Ragi Poori

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Sorghum flour – 1/2 cup

Wheat flour – ½ cup

Salt to taste

Water as required

Ghee or oil – 2 spoons (for dough)

Oil – 300 ml

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. Add water little by little and make poori dough.
  3. Pour 2 spoon of oil in the mixture and close with lid
  4. Keep it aside for minimum 1/2an hour
  5. Spread wheat flour a little and make poori size of your choice
  6. Deep fry the poori. Allow it to cook on both sides
