Ragi Malt

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Ragi flour - 1 cup

Water – 2 cup

Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Mix ragi & water together without any lumps.
  2. Boil the mixture till it becomes thick
  3. Make little balls and serve with any spinach side dish
  4. Also can serve with Dry fish curry. This turn to be a best combo.
  5. Can add buttermilk to these Ragi balls and make it in a liquid form and serve
  6. Can add any sweetner like jaggery or palm sugar and serve
