Ragi Kara Paniyaram

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Ragi flour - 1 cup

Water – 1and ½ cup

Onion,chilli,Curry leaves,Coriander – as required

Ghee or oil – 3 - 5 spoons

Salt to taste

Steps

  1. Mix ragi & water together without any lumps.
  2. Either can fry the onion,chilli,curry leaves and add to the mixture Or can be added in raw to the mixture.
  3. Add coriander and spread a half of oil in a pan.
  4. Pour the mixture and spread it around the paniyaram.
  5. Flip the paniyaram and allow it to cook on both sides.
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney
