Ragi Roti or Ragi Adai

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Ragi flour - 1 cup

Water – as required (to make dough)

Cumin seeds - ½ spoon

Onion,chilli,curry leaves – as required

Carrot – 1 small size (grated)

Salt to taste

Ghee or oil – 5 spoons

Steps

  1. Mix all the ingredients together
  2. Add little by little water and make a dough as it like chappathi dough
  3. Take a banana leaf or plastic sheet and spread the dough like roti
  4. Heat a Dosa pan and transfer the roti to it. Spred oil or Ghee around the dosa
  5. Allow it to cook on both sides
  6. Serve hot with coconut chutney
