Ragi Laddoo

500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Ragi flour – 1 cup

Water as required

Sesame Seeds – 2 spoons

Nuts – chopped small

Cane jiggery – 3/4 cup or palm jaggery-3/4cup

Ghee – as required (1/4 cup approx…)

Steps

  1. Fry the Ragi flour in a dry pan till aroma comes (it takes 5-6 minute)
  2. Keep aside the roasted flour and fry sesame seeds on the same pan for 3- 4 minutes in a low flame
  3. On the othe pan melt the Cane jaggery or Palm jaggery in a 50 ml of water
  4. Filter and strain the syrup.
  5. Now add the flour, ghee and nuts to a pan and pour filtered syrup to it.
  6. Mix the ingredients all together and make delicious Ragi laddoo
