500 gms, 1 Kg

Ingredients

Ragi flour – 1 cup

Idli batter – 1 cup

Steps

  1. Mix the Ragi flour and Idly batter in a bowl
  2. Pour the mixture in idly pan and let it cook for 10- 15 minutes
  3. Serve hot with chutney and sambar
